Disclaimer

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a unique, science-backed method that uses hypnosis to uncover and rewire subconscious beliefs. Hypnosis is a natural and safe process where you remain in control and aware throughout. The RESET program includes pre-recorded RTT hypnotherapy sessions, live coaching, and course modules designed for group participation.

While RTT has a high success rate, individual results vary. Your personal success depends on your engagement with the program, including completing modules, attending live sessions, and listening to your recordings as recommended.

Casey is not a licensed medical professional, psychologist, or psychiatrist. This program does not replace medical advice, diagnoses, or treatments.
Clients experiencing severe medical or psychological conditions should consult a licensed healthcare professional before participating.

Participation

By enrolling in the RESET program, you agree to:

Engage actively in all elements of the program, including hypnotherapy sessions, live coaching calls, and course modules.
Listen to hypnotherapy recordings daily for at least four weeks following each pre-recorded RTT session to reinforce the positive changes.

Payment Plans: Afterpay

The RESET Program offers flexible payment plans via Afterpay. When selecting this payment option at checkout, you agree to Afterpay's respective terms of service:

Key Information:

Payment plans are managed entirely by Afterpay. By selecting this option, you enter into a separate agreement with the provider.
Afterpay will handle all payment schedules, due dates, and late fees in accordance with their terms.
Any issues related to missed or late payments must be resolved directly with Afterpay.

Note: Afterpay requires a valid payment method at the time of checkout. If you miss a payment, Afterpay may charge additional fees or interest as outlined in their terms of service.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

The RESET program is non-refundable. By enrolling, you commit to completing the program and any associated payments.
If unforeseen circumstances arise, Casey will work with you to adjust your participation in the program as needed, but no refunds will be issued.

VIP Upgrade Terms

If you have purchased the VIP upgrade, the following additional terms apply:

Exclusive 1:1 Onboarding Call: A private 30-minute call with Casey to set personal goals and align the program with your needs.
Private Hypnotherapy Session: A personalised 2-hour RTT session, including a bespoke recording tailored to your individual challenges.
1:1 Coaching Call: A follow-up coaching session at the program’s midpoint to assess progress and provide additional guidance.
Priority Support: Priority email and text support throughout the program for real-time questions and accountability.

VIP upgrades are non-refundable, and any rescheduled sessions must be completed within the 12 week program timeframe.

Hypnotherapy Recordings

Hypnotherapy recordings provided in the program are for personal use only.
Recordings must not be shared, copied, or distributed.
Do not listen to hypnotherapy recordings while driving or performing tasks that require full concentration.

Confidentiality

All group sessions and communications within RESET are confidential. Participants are expected to:

Maintain the confidentiality of other members' experiences and shared insights.
Avoid sharing screenshots, recordings, or any other content from group calls or forums without explicit permission.

Casey may share anonymised aspects of group discussions for educational or marketing purposes, with all identifying details removed.

Medical or Psychological Conditions

Hypnotherapy is not recommended for individuals with epilepsy or psychosis. By joining RESET, you confirm you do not have these conditions.
If you are under the care of a medical or mental health professional, you may be required to provide written consent from your provider before joining.

No Guarantees

RESET is designed to provide tools and insights for deep transformation. However, Casey cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as success depends on your engagement and personal circumstances.

Standards of Behaviour

Participants agree to treat others with respect and kindness. Behaviour that is abusive, disruptive, or violates the confidentiality of the group will result in removal from the program without a refund.

Liability & Indemnity

By participating in RESET, you release Casey from liability related to mental, emotional, or physical outcomes resulting from the program. You agree to indemnify Casey from claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Australian law. Any disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Australian courts.

Agreement

By enrolling in RESET, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge the importance of active participation and take full responsibility for your journey through the program.
